Data we collect
- The website has no sign-up forms, and we do not ask for any data to browse it.
- When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we keep your name, contact details and the details of your request.
- We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records general technical data, such as IP addresses, to protect the website from attacks.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request and to provide and follow up the service you asked for. We will not send you marketing messages without your consent.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed to carry out your request and with your consent, for example with the developer or owner in a property deal or the lawyer handling registration, or when an official authority requires it by law.
Menorca HR and payments
Company and employee data inside Menorca HR is governed by the system’s own privacy policy at hr.menorcaa.com/privacy. Payments go through the Paymob gateway, and we do not store card details.
Retention
We keep contact data for as long as we work together, then for no longer than two years, unless the law requires a longer period.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. Send your request to info@menorcaa.com and we will reply as soon as possible, within the periods set by law.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and protect data with limited access rights and encrypted backups.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
